1999 Oldsmobile Alero Test and replace alternator

It seems as though the delphi alternator has gone out in our Alero. We have removed the horizontal and vertical bolts and released the belt pulley, however, it still will not budge. What is left to remove?

Can you pivot the alternator? Sometimes you have to work it loose from the pivot point.
