Engine Cooling problem
1999 Oldsmobile Alero 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 130K miles

When should the cooling fans turn on, there are 2 fans, neither are operating? At what temperature? My temperature gauge seems a little high. The car stalled at a red-light - would an overheating condition cause the car to stall? There are NO fault codes displayed, NO fault codes detected or stored.

If your a/c work's turn it on see if your fan is on it come's on with your a/c.Or your coolant temp reach's 212 degree's.
