1999 Oldsmobile Alero car overheats

i have a 99 olds alero that keeps overheating. we changed the thermostat but still overheats. we noticed that the outtake hose on the radiator acts like its gasping for air. could the radiator be clogged casuing it to overheat.

Could be a clogged radiator or the water pump
