My coolant is leaking bad on the passengerside of the car on the bottom but I do not see where it is coming from and I do not think it ts a hose or the radiator. My mechanic said it could be the intake manifold but he has not even really looked at it. What could it be?

Hi:
It could be the intake. The waterpump is in the same location. Take a flashlight and check around the top of the engine. That is where the intake is located. If it's leaking that bad, you should be able to see where it's coming from. If you don't see anything, check the water pump. It's located on the passanger side too. It's run by the belt aprox. Centered on the engine. Look at it for leaks. There will be a seep hole on it, most likely on the bottom of the pump. See if the coolant is coming from the seep hole. If it is, all you need is a water pump.

Let me know what you find and if you have other questions. I hope this helps.

Joe
