lost brake power?

when car is off, i get good braking but when the car is on the peddle goes to the floor and braking is almost gone, i think i have a leak or the master cyclinder is going. help please

If you have a good brake pedal when the engine is off, chances are there is no leak. However, check brake lines, wheel cylenders, calipers... to make sure there are no leaks. If there are none found, replace the master cylender.
