1996 Oldsmobile 98 no fuel !

Hi I have been stressing over my fuel pump relay fuse I good pump will work with 12v does my ecm control the relay or do I need to pull my harness out look for bad wires pigtails look good there is 12v at one wire at pump not sure

Inspect and test the fuel pump fuse and the fuel pump relay

I swaped relay fuse too. Ii found remote start previus owner it had a boild fuse melted wires??
