1995 Oldsmobile 98 shift hard in every gear

My Olds has been well kept. I had the transmission rebuilt about 2 years ago. Just recently it started shifting into gear very hard. It shifts through the gears fine but shifts into everyone gear harder than usual. It really does not matter if it is cold or warm. The fluid is full.

Has the check engine light come on? It could be a bad shift solenoid.
