I don't know if a bypass pulley, but you may be able to reroute a smaller belt.
You need to check to see if the car was available without AC. If it was, you should be able to bypass it. (The compressor may need removed) If it wasn't an option, you may rerout it and find that is slips on one of the pulleys because of the angle of the belt to pulley contact.
Check the belt routing diagrams on this page to see if there is an option for your car without AC.
