1995 Oldsmobile 98 Front belt keeps slipping off

1995 Oldsmobile 98 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1995 Olds 98. The front belt slipped off, I put it back on correctly. As soon as I turned on the engine it slipped off again. The tensioners look fine but the idler pulley looks like it is cracked. How do I replace it?

unplug the igntion pack and have someone crank the engine while you look at it. you should see why the belt is coming off. goodluck
