1994 Oldsmobile 98 Blower motor won't run

The blower motor won't run. I have tested the motor and it works. I have also replaced the blower motor relay located in the maxi-fuse center along the firewall. Is there another blower control module and where is it located? Thanks

Have you tried testing the power and ground seperate?To see which one you don't have?
