1992 Oldsmobile 98 Blower motor

Heater problem
1992 Oldsmobile 98 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The blower motor will not cut off or the temp will not change or redirect from defrost to feet or front etc. I have to unplug blower motor to get to quit..What does this sound like?

first check blower motor relay, let me know how it tests.
