my car would not start the other day and in looking at my voltage gage I saw that it had dipped below the 13 mark, just into the red. My battery was 6 y/o and assumed I needed to change it so I did. My car will noit start, it makes no noise when turning the ignition and it is clearly not the battery. It has been suggested it may be a starter or starter solenoid perhaps even a relay. without a Chilton I am unable to locate the starter, can you help?

It is located where the engine mounts to the transmission (front of car). It is about at the top of the oil pan (for height).
