1989 Oldsmobile 98 erratic engine noise at idle

have eratic knocking type noise while engine at idle,oil level is good and was recently changed,noise coming from front upper part of engine.what is most likely the cause?

Could be valve lifters or oil pressure problem due to engine bearings and worned out oil pump.
