how do you take apart the tail light frame to change
the brake light bulb? also the reverse light frame?

Open the trunk and remove the carpet near the rear tail light assembly. Under the carpet, you will see 3 or 4 whing nuts that hold the light in place. Remove them and the entire assembly will come out and then you will have access to the bulbs.
