Water coming out of floor vent

When running the A/C I get water coming out of the floor vents. A few weeks ago, my wife parked the car under a tree for about a week and when she came home is was covered in little blooms. In the door, trunk lid and under the hood. It had rained a few of those days.

I filled a shop vac removing all the crud. It had accumulated a lot on the air intake just below the windshield.

I have noticed that it is not draining much water under the car as before.

I think that the drainage is blocked and water is overflowing into the air ducts and running out the lower vents. The water is clear. Is there a drain hole somewhere and how can it be cleaned. I have looked under the car for a drain hose but did not find one. There appears to be a sheild where the water drips from under the car.

Any help?

Thanks.

Is this when you use the AC or anytime it rains? As far as the drain for the AC, it is behind the shield on the firewall of the vehicle. It could be plugged.

My mom has a similar issue... 1999 Oldsmobile Delta 88 has a water in the passenger side back floor board. Can't determine where the water coming from. The car is not driven much so it has to be coming from when it rains. I checked around the doors on that side of the car and top area of the car and no sure how the water getting in.

Any suggestions???

Can you see if the front passenger floor is wet? It sounds like a bottom door seal is missing can you check side to side under the door body?
