I need to torque the heads, but my wrench is in inch pounds. What would the right amount of torque?

Step 1 37 Ft. Lbs. (50 Nm)
Step 2 Additional 120 Degrees
Step 3 (4 center bolts) Additional 30 Degrees
37 Ft. Lbs. Is = to 444 INCH Lbs. Will be easier for you to just borrow / rent a different torque wrench.
