1998 Oldsmobile 88 Car overheating

I have had the serpetine belts replaced, the water pump replaced, and the radiator fluid seems to be good. When the car runs for a little while, then the engine will overheat and I do see a little white smoke coming from the hood, not alot though. Why does the engine still overheat....It is just below the redline....also, the ABS light has come on and is staying on....

You should get the thermostat changed, have the radiator cleaned internally and flow checked. check the pressure cap and pressure test the cooling system for leaks, most over heating issues will be here, as for the ABS get a scan done first and report the set fault codes here for more assistance.
