When turning signals on either right or left all bulbs illuminate on both sides, back and front but neither side has flashing action have checked small 20 amp fuse in fusebox and also checks out ok

Do the hazard lamps blink properly?

Test your vehicle's turn signal flasher relay, located on left kick panel.

Turn signal relay replaced which fixed turn signals. However new problem now. Car will not start. Security system appears to be over-riding on dash display as security blinking on display. Any ideas how to override and what may have caused this to occur
