No start I arced the alternator?

I arced the alt. To batt. Wire when I was working now it wont start and the security lights flashing I check all fuses under hood and dash and there's no power coming threw the purple small starter wire im getting power out of the ign switch yellow wire going into the fuse box and out of a small purple
