1994 Oldsmobile 88 Turning signal

My right turn signal no longer blinks when activated but instead stays on solid until disengaged. What would be causing this? And is there a simple replacement involved or will I have to take it in?

The rear turn signal bulb is burned out. Just replace the bulb and it will correct the problem.

I'm sorry, its either the rear OR the front right turn signal bulb is burned out.
