1994 Oldsmobile 88 engine problem

The car will drive just fine but it will die when I make a stop or hit the brakes.Poor fuel economy;13mpg.I put it in neutral and start it and it run fine, until I get to a stop. Pleace help me. Thank you. Armando

Could be the IACV, EGR valve and TPS if okay could be the TCC solenoid.
