1994 Oldsmobile 88 blower moter

Purchased car two years ago used. The blower moter has four speeds but three didnt really work. Yesterday I heard a little whinning noise but it worked all day and then it just stopped working on all speeds. The compressor still works and I can feel a little ciold air but my question is how do I know if it is the blower moter or not?

You will need to test for power at the blower motor. If its getting power and not working then it's the motor. If it is not getting power then it could be the blower motor resistor among other things preventing the blower motor from getting power.
