1991 Oldsmobile 88 starting

I pulled in a parking lot turned car off and went in to storer. came right back out tried to crank the car and it would crank. It didnt make any noise. just one little click sound. Is it the starter?

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be the starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
