I do not know to what extent you have cleaned your rig.
By the looks of your pictures, you have certainly done a lot of dismantling.
For what it is worth, the old smelly sock odor has a very similar smell of a munchkin dumping their container of milk into the back seat and floor and over a couple of days time (especially warm days) it sours.
Is it possible something similar has happened and it is now all down in the crooks and crannies of the floor where it is hard to wipe out?
A dead mouse or even dead insects can create their own smell, it is sort of up to the smeller to try to describe it. Stick a little dog up in there and kind of watch where he is sniffing around, maybe he can point you more to the origin.
Below is a twenty seven year old picture of my munchkin in the spillage compartment of Jeep #5 (of 7).
Here she is again in a twenty year old picture hand cranking Jeep #7 (Hood # is her birthday).
Last one is about three year old picture, my munchkin is driving Jeep #7 with her munchkin on board. The cycle never ends!
