Where is the oil pump located?

I'm trying to find out where the oil pump is located on the car listed above i can't find any parts diagram on the Internet and I've asked a couple different AI agents and it tells me different thing each time. Is it located in the oil pan or on the side of the motor near the timing chain?

It is in the left front side of the engine driven with a chain from the crankshaft.
