My car cranks and starts for about 3 seconds and shuts off. I noticed that it doesn't have a pigtail connected to the oil pressure sensor and it's full of oil. Could that be the reason why it won't start? Thank you

Yes, if the PCM does not see oil pressure it can shut the engine down. Is the sensor disconnected for some reason? Can you see the pigtail?

I can see the 3 wires that I assume it's where the pigtail was supposed to be connected.

Yep, three wires, here is the connector and how the wires should be connected.
