Good afternoon.
What engine? The 5.7 or the 3.6?
The 3.6 has an upper oil pan and a lower oil pan.
On the 5.7 you need to remove the upper manifolds in order to lift up the engine enough to remove the pan.
Lets start with the engine size?

Thanks for the reply Roy! It is the v6 3.6L. I took off all the bolts I can see on the lower oil pan, but it is stiff as a brick and will not budge!

Okay, if you have all the bolts out and the sealer is holding it, try hitting it with a rubber mallet. If that does not work, take a screw driver and drive it between the upper and lower pan to break the seal.
