oil mixing with radiator fluid?

I think my oil is mixing in with my radiator fluid, its very black & gunky looking if it is what should I do to get it fixed? Is there anyway I could flush it out myself or should I take it to a mechanic to fix it?

Get a radiator flush from parts house and new antifreeze flow directions and flush /fill coolant system
