Oil mixing in coolant

Last week only i change head, rework gasket, changed radiators services. after i drive five hundred km i see my car radiators oil mix in coolant. what is the problem?

You may be seeing residue left in block coming to the top of the cooling system. did you use a flush in the cooling system? it is hard to get all the muck out of the block if you have had a bad contamination problem due to a head issue.
