Oil mixes with water whenever i start the car?

My vehicle listed above overheated some time ago and since then whenever we change and gasket and oil and spark the car the oil mixes with the water.

When you say gasket do you mean head gasket? If so, you may have a cracked cylinder head or engine block, please go over this guide to help see what I am talking about. When the cylinder head is off did you have it pressure tested?
