Oil mix with coolant

Had an oil change by the BMW dealer which we have done since owning the car new. The car is recently out of warranty as it is 36,000 miles or three years. We are now just about 40,000 miles. Put only a hundred or so miles since oil change and experiencing the car stall out. The check oil light and check engine light came on five miles prior to it stalling.

Car stalled at mile forty seven of fifty mile trip. The car started lugging at about mile forty. Had never known her to do this before. I was absolutely baffled that the car stalled and could not understand why. I got out open the hood and check the dipstick and there did not seem to be any oil on the dipstick and the coolant reservoir was completely empty. I quickly assumed that the dealership did not put oil or coolant in the car that they somehow made a huge mistake.

I had the car towed to the dealer and when I spoke to the service person who just had the car there two weeks ago he said it showed no signs of any problems even after their 21 point inspection. What seems to be the problem he said is that oil has mixed with the coolant. He is waiting to hear back from BMW as to whether they should either open up the top of the engine or they were going to replace our engine all together. I said I could not understand how this could happen and he said he could not understand it either. The car is practically new with only 40,000 miles on it we have performed every regular maintenance. I am confused that the service manager could not understand.

there was not one drop of oil or coolant in our driveway where the car city tonight and when I got out of the car after installing out and realize there was no coolant in the reservoir or oil on the dipstick I looked under the car and in and around the engine compartment and saw no signs of any oil or coolant anywhere.

I did not tell him I have a video of right after the car stalling only hundred or so miles total after the oil change and 21 point inspection I did. The video below shows right after the car stalled that dipstick does not seem to have oil on it and that the coolant reservoir is bone dry.

Is there anyway possible that the service person is correct telling me that: mixed with oil inside the motor? Or are they trying to cover up for the fact that they did not add oil or coolant to the car?

If you will notice in the video around the outside of the coolant reservoir there does look like there is some coolant sitting in the left corner.

I saw a mechanic at a shop I was working at years ago do an oil change and forgot to put oil back in, started the engine and walked away. Within a few minutes the engine began to smoke, then locked up. The shop manager lied to the customer and did not mention the fact that it had no oil in it. As a matter of fact they poured in five quarts as to not get caught in a lie.
It happens.
If they are telling you the oil mixed with the coolant, where is it all at?
I do not believe them!
