Cylinders clacking no oil coming to the top

I have installed new oil and oil filter.

Good afternoon,

You may have a bad oil pump, clogged pick up screen in the pan or worn bearings if the oil is not going to the Top.

You would need to start by doing a manual oil pressure test to see if the pump is working. You can rent a gauge at a parts store. Once you get that reading, let me know so we can continue.
