had the oil changed and while driving home the oil light started flashing and beeping sound. I ran an oil pressure test using gauge at the oil pressure sensor and it had 45lbs of pressure running and never dropping. The temperature blue light is on also. The oil is full, I changed the oil filter they put on and used VW filter. I changed the oil sending unit and also the temperature sending sensor. Engine runs fine, no lifter noise or engine noise.

It sounds like the oil pressure sensor has gone out, here is the location so we can be on the same page. I know you just removed it but this way others can see the location that visit this post. Also, make sure the O ring seal for the filter is in correctly and that none of the old O ring seals are stuck inside the oil filter adapter.

Oil Pressure Switch (1.8L) On left side of engine, on oil filter flange.
Oil Pressure Switch (1.9L) On left side of engine, right side of oil filter flange.
Oil Pressure Switch (2.0L) Left side of engine, on left side of oil filter flange.

Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find.
