The oil light comes on after start up?

The oil light comes on after start up, goes out then will come back on again, including the audible alarm. Had the oil changed, including the oil pan dropped, cleaned and the hose cleaned/replaced.

Did they change the oil filter as well? There is an oil pump regulating valve that sounds like it is stuck open. Here is the location you might be able to clean it out and have it work again but if not, I would get a new valve. When they dropped the pan did they clean the oil pump pick up?
