About 6 months ago I took my car into a shop I no longer go to for coolant light. they looked said it leaked down enough to trigger the light but not bad, but it filled it up and pressure tested it said it was fine. so, about a week ago I took it in for an oil change and inspection at a shop and they put 5w-30 in the car and I didn’t realize until cold crank two days later. I felt a bad vibration so I went to another shop about two or three days ago who changed the oil and told me the mechanic that filled it up seems to have used universal coolant because it’s a green/orange mix and told me I had the oil leaking into lower pans, but coolant was full. in the image the motor mounts were just a quote because a shop put aftermarket mounts on without telling me until it was all done.
