The car just stopped yesterday and had oil in it a couple of days ago, looked under car and a massive puddle of oil, but not by engine in middle of the car. It had to be towed home. he said it could be a cracked pipe, is this something that can be fixed or could it be another problem?

Hi,

First, please understand this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so my manuals don't provide information. However, I will try my best to help.

First, when you say it stopped, do you mean the engine shut off or was it running but wouldn't move?

I ask because of the location you saw oil. Was the oil engine oil or transmission oil? Also, do you know what pipe he was talking about? Since this has a manual transmission, it's unlikely that there is a transmission cooler/line.

Let me know exactly what happened and as much as you know.

Keep in mind, your question was could it be a line or something different. The answer is yes. It could be either.

Let me know.

Joe
