I have a leak midway to the left of engine. Jiffy lube says both valve cover gaskets need to be replaced. Not sure if it is okay or go to Lexus dealership.

You do not need to go to a dealer to do this any garage can handle this work. or maybe yourself. See link yours will be similar if you want to try.

Me again, just went out and looked at as much of new gaskets as possible (blue), also screws from what I could see not leaking. There is a lot of building up and gunk how would you clean up?

More than likely it is residual from when they were leaking got a pressure wash or if you have one wash sides of engine and around it. Then see what you have. Make sure to keep away from electronic components with that though.

If boot is broken and has been for a while as that may be your source of oil leak then i'd suggest replacing axle. You can put a new boot on it and repack with grease but axle has to be removed anyhow unless they put a split boot on it which can leak as well.
