Oil leak on alternater belt

My car is making a chirping noise, oil sprayed on hood of my car coming from belt you can see the rubber from belt on pulleys and one of the bottom back pulleys is jumping.

you have to fix the oil leak, replace the belt and tension-er in order to correct this. the oil may be from A/C compressor but have it looked at.
