When I start the car cold there is smoke coming from exhaust and I have noticed several drops of oil underneath the vehicle. it does not overheat it seems to run fine all but the smoke coming from exhaust and oil underneath. I just bought it three days ago from a Chevrolet dealership so all oil changes and radiator changes were done.

Cold start exhaust smoke is often worn valve guides or stem seals, if the smoke disappears after a few minutes, this will probably be the cause. the external oil leaks will only smoke a little if it is dripping onto hot exhaust, any oil leak should be attended to as it will only get worse and make a mess and a terrible smell as it burns on the hot exhaust.
