The dipstick is dry but the car is starting fine and no unusual noises. The pressure sensor looks like it is damaged but not sure if this would cause oil to leak from the bottom and the oil tank to be empty. No oil pressure light has came on either.

Hi,

If the oil level is below the dipstick, it is low and needs oil added. As far as the oil pressure switch, it isn't uncommon for them to go bad and leak. What I would do is this. First, make sure the oil in the engine is full. Next, clean the oil pressure switch and around it so it is clean. Last, confirm there isn't oil leaking from the top of the engine and down onto the exhaust manifold. A valve cover can be the cause as well. Anywhere you see oil, clean it. Then start and drive the vehicle. Recheck the areas of concern that have been cleaned to see if there is new / fresh oil leaking.

Let me know what you find.
Joe
