Oil leak

I changed the oil pan gasket and it is still leaking from the area above where the oil filter is located and also where the oil pan and transmission meet up. Can you help me diagnose the problem please? Oil is coming out fast.

You could possibly have the oil filter adapter gasket leaking. I posted a picture of oil filter adapter gasket. Does the oil leak out while it is running?
