Oil leak near the front passenger wheel well?

I have an oil leak near the front passenger wheel well. It is close to the front bumper and is getting worse with time. I have had the car to several shops, and no one seems to have the ambition to tackle it. It is a 1994 Toyota station wagon that I am nowhere near ready to part with. Thanks
