Oil pressure and level issues

When I start it up within two minutes oil pressure goes to high and when I cut it off, and wait five minutes and pull the dipstick it shows no oil. why?

You have two issues.

first, correct your oil level. You should check it regularly so it never gets that low.

Second, there is a pressure regulator in the oil pump that regulates the pressure. If it is sticking, it may not release and the pressure will go high.

You should have the pressure tested manually first to be sure the sender is sending the correct signal.
