Was told car burned oil between oil changes. When I checked the oil after 253 miles it 1 1/2 quarts of oil low. Opened up the radiator and seen nothing but oil and a drop of green coolant. Now wondering should I junk it completely. Doesn't run hot. Runs smooth on hwy. But the million dollar question is for how much longer? Don't see coolant in the dipstick for oil. Any advice would be appreciated.

Good afternoon,

This is not a good sign. When you have oil in the coolant, it is usually an indication of a block failure. There is a crack somewhere that has allowed oil into the coolant.

It would not be a head gasket as if it was, there would be coolant in the oil.

Sorry, you need either a engine replacement or another car.
