Hello, there is oil (milk/cream like) in my coolant yet no coolant mixed in the engine oil. The dip stick is okay, drained all the oil and it is okay. The vehicle still runs smoothly, does not overheat and no abnormal exhaust smoke. What could be the problem bearing in mind there was a coolant leakage which stopped on its own days before I noted the problem?

Good morning.

Coolant leaks, as a matter of fact any leaks, do not fix themselves. There is a reason for the leak. Did it leak externally?

Oil in the coolant is usually a result of a cracked engine block. Advanced diagnostics would need to be done by a shop familiar with this issue. If your truck has an oil cooler, that could be a source as well. This all needs to be checked and confirmed.

What has been checked?
