Oil in the coolant tank

Looking at buying the car listed above it is the 3800 series two, but oil in coolant tank. any reasons why?

normally a blown head gasket or it could be a radiator bad as there are transmission cooling lines that are in one tank. so i would keep away from it unless they drop the price drastically. head gasket repair is normally $1,500.00 range.
