Oil in inter cooler piping and dip stick blowing out

Hello and welcome to 2CarPros. Can you post the exact trouble codes you got? Also with the vehicle running, remove the oil cap. Place a piece of paper over the filler hole to see if there is a slight vacuum. If you can post a video of the test that would be great please.

I did the paper test but it won't let me load the video. It does have a very very slight vacuum.

Hello and welcome back. Check injector #2 and #5 connector to verify it is properly secured and locked. If the lock is broken then you can order just the connector housing to replace it. If properly secured then disconnect it and check for injector pulse. Here is a link that shows you the steps. Scroll down to step #7.

If you have a pulse then the injectors are open circuited and will need replacing. For the slow purge fault, a software update usually corrects this fault. That would be the first step you need to have done. If you have the latest and greatest then the purge valve could have a very small leak but usually the leak detection pump is what fails with these vehicles.

The boost fault, check inter-cooler hoses and charge pipe to verify you have no leaks or disconnected hoses. Inspect your turbo control valve hoses and verify they are connected to the right ports. They are color coded so make sure the colors corresponds to where it is plugged into. Some oil in the cooler is normal. All turbos do that.

The paper test indicates the PCV system is not plugged up because you do have a slight vacuum. If there was no vacuum then there would be an issue.

So I have replaced the turbo solenoid a few months ago to fix it. But after replacing it didnt change it. Is there a BOV on these cars? And I will check injectors tomorrow.

BOV? Did you connect the hoses to there color coded designation? Red with red, blue with blue, and yellow with yellow?

Blow off valve (BOV).

And yes I replace it as it came off each hose at a time.

Hello and welcome back, did you check all the connections to the hose as stated earlier with the pic. Also what brand solenoid did you get? What did you find with the fuel injector connectors? Let us know please.

I replace it with a Bosch solenoid, and I haven't had the chance to check injectors.

Just a quick note if I could here. If you are getting oil in your intercooler piping that is a sign of a bad output shaft oil seal. I'm not sure if the gears in your turbo are sharing engine oil or if it has it's own internal oil supply, but if it is it's own internal oil supply, you will need to address this before doing catastrophic damage to the turbo.
