oil in coolant?

my heads warped and i resurfaced them and I am replacing the head gaskets. There was a lot of oil in the coolant and I'm wondering if I'm going to have any problems on the first start up before the oil can be completely flushed out of the coolant passages and radiator.

Hi,

If you can, flush the cooling system to eliminate any residual contamination. If you drained the engine system, it should be okay. However, if you want to, flush the system. This is what I would do for my own vehicle.
