i was checking my car and noticed it was missing oil. then I checked the radiator and noticed that it had oil in on the cap. checked the reservoir and also had oil. Would this mean i have a damaged head gasket?

however, i did not notice any milkiness in the oil or the cap.

Yes, it sounds like you lost the head gasket which will cause pressurized oil to enter the coolant system.

Please let us know what happens so it will help others.
