Oil gauge not working

The oil gauge goes from high to low and stays there until you shut the vehicle off. The oil if full and there aren't any oil issues. Could there be other issues? And/or how can I repair the gauge?

This is common when the oil pressure gauge sender goes out. here is the location so you can check it out and replace it. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
